Fourth of July 2022 Events & Activities in Hayward, CA

We’re coming up quickly on the Fourth of July 2022, so if you’re trying to find some events & activities in which to participate for this year’s holiday here in the area of Hayward, CA, we’ve got you covered. There are all kinds of different things to do in San Francisco and other cities around the area, so if you don’t see something you like in our shortlist, you can surely find something to do with another quick search. However you decide to spend your holiday, we simply hope you enjoy yourself and stay safe!

Danville 4th of July Parade

If you enjoy parades, there’s one not far away on Hartz Avenue in Danville, California. It kicks off at 9 a.m. and should run until noon on the 4th of July itself. One of the largest Independence Day events in the Bay Area, you’ll enjoy a ton of floats, classic cars, scout troops, marching bands and plenty more! It’s bound to be an enjoyable event, just make sure to get there early so you and your family can scope out a good spot.

July 4th Fireworks Dinner Cruise

What’s better than a dinner cruise? A dinner cruise with fireworks, of course. Head over to Alameda, California, for a fun and fancy Luxe Cruise Event. The company’s July 4th Fireworks Dinner Cruise includes a dinner buffet, a fireworks show, a cash bar and, of course, the experience of enjoying all of that out on the water. We can’t think of a better way to spend our Independence Day evening.

Dockside Fireworks Viewing on the SS Jeremiah O’Brien

If the idea of enjoying the Fourth of July festivities on the water intrigues you, but you don’t feel like forking over the cash that a luxury yacht experience requires, consider checking out the Dockside Fireworks Viewing aboard the SS Jeremiah O’Brien. Much more affordable, you’ll be able to enjoy music from the Brassworks Band and see all of the San Francisco fireworks from aboard this World War II Liberty ship.

Again, however you decide to spend your holiday, we simply want you to have a great time and remain as safe as you can. Happy Fourth of July from Hayward Mitsubishi!
