What are the latest SUVs from Mitsubishi?

There are three models in the Mitsubishi SUV lineup for 2022, but it can get a little confusing with their naming scheme. The smallest model in the SUV lineup currently is the Outlander Sport. Unlike other brands that often make a “Sport” version of the SUV by shortening the model but keeping it on the same platform, the Outlander and Outlander Sport are on different platforms and completely different ends of the SUV spectrum.

Above the Outlander Sport, you have the Eclipse Cross, a model that still seats five passengers. Though it is larger and has a higher MSRP, it actually offers a little less passenger room. At the top of the lineup, as you may have guessed, is the Outlander. This is a three-row SUV that offers seating for up to 7 people.

Mitsubishi does sometimes refer to the Outlander and the upcoming Outlander PHEV as two separate models, but they are the same in size and features except that the Outlander PHEV has a plug-in hybrid drivetrain. Check out some basic size specs and power specs for all three below.
